As part of that policy, BunnyBon will restrict access for repeat infringers under appropriate circumstances. To report content you believe infringes your trademark, or to report revenge porn, blackmail, or intimidation, please contact us through our Content Removal Request form.

IN NO EVENT SHALL BUNNYBON OR ITS OPERATORS, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE TO YOU FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, PUNITIVE, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES WHATSOEVER RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE, BUNNYBON OR ITS SERVICES, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT, OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. YOU SPECIFICALLY ACKNOWLEDGE THAT BUNNYBON SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR THE CONDUCT OF ANY THIRD PARTY AND THAT THE RISK OF HARM OR DAMAGE FROM THE FOREGOING RESTS ENTIRELY WITH YOU.
REGARDLESS OF ANY STATUTE OR LAW TO THE CONTRARY, ANY CAUSE OF ACTION OR CLAIM YOU MAY HAVE ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OR BUNNYBON MUST BE COMMENCED WITHIN ONE (1) YEAR AFTER THE CAUSE OF ACTION ACCRUES; OTHERWISE, SUCH CAUSE OF ACTION OR CLAIM IS PERMANENTLY BARRED.

The sole and exclusive jurisdiction and venue for any action or proceeding arising out of or related to these Terms and Conditions shall be an appropriate court located in Amsterdam, the Netherlands, and you submit to the jurisdiction and venue of such courts.
No waiver by us of any term or condition shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver. If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is deemed invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. These Terms and Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and DMCA policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and us with respect to BunnyBon.
